客戶經理其實不是傳統經理，我們可以從英文去理解這個職位： Account Manager, someone who is resposible to manage the accounts…. 所以… Account Manager 其實是一個 sales 。

業務發展經理也不是傳統的經理，我們可用英文去理解這個職位： Business Development, someone who is responsible to develope the business…. 如何 develop the business ，可能是增加營業額；亦可能從 marketing 入手，前者其實是一個 high-level sales ，後者其實是 marketing executive 。

這種 architect 當然不是真正的 architect ﹝建築師﹞，說穿了其實不過是 IT 中的一個怪名字： someone to design the architecture of the solution / system….. 正確的說，是一種 consultant 顧問的角色；當然，部份『顧問』　﹝包括區區在內﹞，只不過是一個 pre-sales，而 pre-sales ，其實也是歸於 sales 體系當中。
